Hi. My name is Jo and I worked in a button factory the other day… OK – I didn’t really. BUT when I was in school, my friends sang this song to me and I think the button/fashion thing seeped into my subconscious, because all I wanted was to work at a magazine! Two degrees and a year frolicking overseas later and I was ready to start my dream. After dabbling on the web and trying my luck as a stylist, I’m now settled as lifestyle editor – a job that keeps me entertained, fulfilled and more importantly, happy!

I am quite tech-obsessed… it’s not like I am technically minded, I just like to be up-to-date with my products! The idea of pulling out an old ’96 nokia brick is the equivalent of wearing ugg boots in public. Not cool!

And the latest trend I am going ga-ga over? Touch technology! It seems if you can’t touch, tap, swish or flick a product these days, you simply aren’t cutting it.

Of course it all started with the iPhone, which sent all the tech-heads crazy for developing their own ‘touchable’ product.
