If there’s one phrase that sums up the CLEO Bachelor of the Year judges lunch, it would have to be: It’s a tough job, but someone’s gotta do it. Err, not!

Model Erika Heynatz, The Celebrity Apprentice contestant Jesinta Campbell, Miss Australia winner Laura Dundovic and a guest list of glamorous Australian ladies were given the ‘difficult’ task (cough, cough) of deciding which single Australian men will score a spot in the CLEO Bachelor of the Year Top 50 2012.

The particularly striking judging panel had onlookers at nearby restaurants wishing they could join the fun as the gorgeous group sat down to lunch at Sydney’s Otto Ristorante at Wooloomooloo wharf.

Their mission (which they all eagerly chose to accept) was to give each of 200 men in the top secret ‘bachelors booklet‘ a rating from zero to five.  Zero, as host and editor of CLEO Gemma Crisp explained meant “No way”, and five “Oh, yeah!”

The booklets will now go back to CLEO HQ where the scores will be tallied, and the top 50 Bachelor of the Year potentials decided.

The Top 50 will be revealed in the April issue of CLEO, out March 19.
