This includes her impending divorce from Spencer Pratt, her rumoured sex tape with a fellow Playboy Playmate and the 10 plastic surgery procedures she went through on just one day last year. And now she has revealed she is very hands-on when it comes to her recovery too.

"[I'm] giving myself a soft tissue breast massage. Ladies, we have to keep those implants soft," Montag tweeted recently, referring to the G-cup breast implants she has previously said she regretted having and plans to have reduced in the future.

"Warning: to anyone who is thinking about getting their ears pinned, I learned after the fact it is the most painful surgery a person can get," she posted later.

"I had a nightmare that I slept without my nose tape on," Heidi also tweeted last week. "Thank God it wasn't true!"

We thought going through this drastic cosmetic makeover was meant to give you fewer insecurities, Heidi.
