Does your health and fitness need an overhaul? Are your trainers gathering dust at the bottom of your cupboard while you are living off a diet of takeaway?
CLEO is looking for Sydney-based women aged 21-30 who are stuck in diet and exercise ruts and want help making a positive change in their lives with our Body Challenge.
We follow one woman’s Body Challenge journey for three issues. Our Body Challengers will be photographed and interviewed for the magazine before, halfway through and at the end of their Body Challenge experience. Their weight and body measurements will also be published.
Our Body Challengers are never alone in their quests to get healthy. In order to help them achieve their fitness goals we arrange a personal trainer and a nutritionist to create tailored exercise and diet plans for them.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start a healthy new approach to diet and exercise with guidance by a personal trainer and a nutritionist at no cost to you.
However, it is important to remember that taking on the CLEO Body Challenge is also a commitment – we’re looking for women who will make time for regular training sessions, who are happy to prepare healthy meals for themselves and will stick to their prescribed eating plan.
