Ever had a completely inappropriate crush?
You know … Dad’s best friend? The photocopy repair guy? Your brother’s soccer goalie (In an under-13 team)?

Mine is Christopher Meloni – or more specifically Law & Order’s Detective Elliot Stabler. [Picture attached for my pleasure … I mean your reference].

There’s just something about the way that he rolls up the cuffs on his shirt just before he roughs up a suspect that does it for me. On a recent trip to New York, I even resorted to asking a real-life cop whether there was anyone on his force who sorta, kinda resembled SVU’s sexiest fictional character – even just a teensy bit.
Weird, because fathers-of-five with receding hairlines aren’t usually my thing.

I have to admit, I felt short-changed watching last night’s rerun. It was a detective Tutuola special and, much as I love Fin, I did suffer Thursday Night Withdrawals. So, in true addict form, I turned to an alternate source to get my Stabler hit – I logged onto Facebook and joined the “I would sell my left kidney to be with Elliot Stabler” group.
(And was pretty chuffed to find I was in the company of 51 other members who felt the same).

Okay, so now that I’ve made my embarrassing admission public, it’s your turn. Which ‘Totally not my type’ guys make you go ga-ga? Post!

Ok now this is embarrassing to admit. But you know VICTOR NEWMAN from The Young & The Restless? of course I never watch that show! But anyway, Victor Newman is HOT. All that power... :)

Love it, love it and your writing style too. I think I would have to say Sean Connery, he's nearly 80 for gods sake.

Most of my friends like watching NCIS for DiNozzo, but I join the company of my mother (and many others of her generation, im sure) in lusting after Gibbs. He may be grey but he's hot, and its like Rachel said about VN, its all the power as well!

Nah uh guys I'm sorry but its all about Ridge from Bold & The Beautiful! I have been in love with Ronn Moss since I was 13! I nearly died when he came to AU looking for a wife! I was 19 and my boyfriend threatened to lock me in the cellar the whole time Ronn was here! The jaw, the hair, the voice, those strong arms ... mmmmm ....
