  • I put on a music dvd, shift the table in the lounge, and skip on the spot for 20-30 mins. Very high impact, works a treat, free and don't have to leave the home.

  • instead of the trampoline go to a rubbish dump and grab an old truck tyre - costs nothing. and i do 20 pushups on the kitchen bench at work while waiting for the kettle to boil for my morning coffee as well :)
