For those who are slightly challenged in the hairstyling department, have we got a 'do for you!Flared hair is super flattering and gives your locks body and bounce without looking overdone. The best part is that you don't have to spend 5,467 minutes in front of the mirror battling a hair dryer and products.

Daren Borthwick, Sunsilk Australia's head stylist, shares the three steps for getting this look.

1. Apply a volumising mousse onto damp hair (We rate NAK Body n Shine Volumising Foam, RRP $17.95). Flip your head upside down and dry hair with your hair dryer. Divide hair into four parts, from centre forehead to nape and then ear to ear. Starting at the nape, smooth your hair out with a round brush, working through all four sections (VS Sassoon's new Conical Brush, RRP $25.95, has a tapered cone shape that makes this easier).

2. Once the hair is completely dry, divide your hair into the same four parts. Starting at the nape, curl each section of hair away from the face with a curling tong. Do this until all of your hair has been curled.

3. To finish the look, brush curls out with a good quality brush to get a full-bodied wave. It's that easy!
