Office Blog
When I first walked into the CLEO office, I didn’t know what to expect. To say I was terrified of the well-dressed, ultra-cool women working there was an understatement. It was my first mag job - after a journalism degree I started my career behind-the-scenes on the Today Show. Now I spend my days chasing stories, interviewing celebs and writing articles for the mag. And for the record, first impressions aren’t always right - the girls are still really well-dressed, but scary they are not!

I promised myself I wouldn't get attached to another TV show this year, but I've started watching the Australian version of Project Runway. Here's the thing, though… I can't work out if I'm watching it because it's good or because it's a bit of a train wreck waiting to happen.
Undeniably, Kristy Hinze was pretty nervous in the first show — if you didn't notice that, you were not watching very closely. But, it's the girl's first TV gig and I'm all for giving people a fair go. She's improved since then and I've started to think she deserves some applause for taking on a role that Heidi Klum has obviously perfected.
Then there's the Australian Tim Gunn, Henry Roth, who just doesn't do it for me. Sorry Henry! I think they've picked someone too similar to Tim for the role. He comes across as a cheap imitation — not the best description for someone in fashion!
The designers, however, I love. They are all different and quirky and there are going to be bitch fights and tears, I'm sure. And beyond that, if they deliver gorgeous or interesting designs, then that's a bonus.
I'd love to know what you think.
