Question:
How does mood affect your enjoyment of orgasm? from Jennifer
Answer:
Feeling sensual, sexual and erotic is about talking time for yourself, whether it be dancing, having a bath, massage or spending a quiet loving time with your self or a lover just feeling the sensations in your body. Being able to communicate what you like is so important to having good sex and becoming more orgasmic.
Remember, there are times when you feel more orgasmic than at others - stress, tiredness, health and anxiety all have a huge influence on how orgasmic you feel.
