Joanna Barry contemplates the life experiences every woman should tick off her personal to-do list.

Have Your Say

"I'm assuming this list isn't intended to be noble guidance for women and we're not expected to print..."

  • I like it. Turned 30 last week, didn't hit me til it HIT me, broke up with my fabulous/fast living (no good) boyfriend, took a week's holiday and my posture is straighter (I'm sure of it!). I'd add to that (succinct and fabulous) list - recognise when you need help...and ask for it; sing loudly in the car to that 80s track you really do love and smile coquettishly at the hottie in the car next to you...; be kind to yourself and forgive yourself for earlier 'hard line' moral stands. Loosen up!

  • What an absolute bunch of crap! Do you honestly get paid to write this sort of stuff and expect people to be influenced? Is sleeping around and breaking hearts seen as the cool thing to do now and what is important for people to cross off as 'must do' list? Number 2 says to remove words from vocab such as "like, random and totally" and then you go and use the phrase "wickedly cool" for number 8!Unbelievable!!!!
